Aura does not guarantee, warrant, or accept legal responsibility for the actions, omissions, negligence, delay, quality of work, pricing, licensing status, insurance status, permits, approvals, damages, injuries, losses, disputes, or contractual obligations of any third-party contractor, broker, subcontractor, construction company, vendor, supplier, or service provider.
2. THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS, BROKERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Customers understand and agree that Aura may only act as an introducing, coordinating, or monitoring party. Any construction work, electrical work, plumbing work, structural work, roofing work, HVAC work, engineering work, architectural work, permit-related work, or licensed trade work must be performed by properly licensed professionals where required by law.
Any contract for labor, materials, construction, repair, design, brokerage, consultation, or professional service may be between the customer and the third-party provider, unless Aura signs a separate written agreement accepting a specific obligation.
Aura may recommend or introduce contractors and companies believed to be experienced or reputable, but Aura does not guarantee their performance, workmanship, timeline, pricing, safety, legal compliance, licensing, insurance, or final result.
The customer is responsible for reviewing, approving, and signing any contract directly with the selected contractor, broker, construction company, or service provider. The customer is also responsible for checking licenses, insurance, references, permits, scope of work, payment terms, warranties, and legal requirements before hiring or authorizing any work.
3. CONTRACT MONITORING AND PROJECT OVERSIGHT
Aura may assist in monitoring the general progress of a project, helping with communication, checking whether the agreed scope appears to be moving forward, and supporting customer satisfaction efforts.
However, Aura’s monitoring role does not make Aura legally responsible for the contractor’s work, job-site safety, code compliance, permit approval, inspection results, labor performance, material defects, damages, delays, incomplete work, defective work, payment disputes, or any direct or indirect loss.
Aura’s oversight is a support service only. It is not a legal guarantee, engineering certification, construction warranty, inspection certification, insurance coverage, or acceptance of liability.
4. NO LIABILITY ACCEPTED BY AURA
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura does not accept responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, claims, delays, defects, injuries, accidents, property damage, financial loss, emotional distress, business interruption, lost profits, contractual disputes, permit problems, inspection failures, code violations, licensing issues, insurance issues, warranty issues, or any other matter arising from work performed by third-party contractors, brokers, subcontractors, construction companies, vendors, suppliers, consultants, or service providers.
Aura is not responsible for any verbal promise, estimate, representation, statement, or commitment made by any third party. All customers should obtain written contracts, written estimates, written warranties, and written project scopes directly from the responsible contractor or provider.
Aura does not accept responsibility for any misunderstanding, disagreement, payment issue, quality complaint, delay, cancellation, rescheduling, property damage, personal injury, or legal dispute between the customer and any third party.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By using our website or services, you understand and agree that you are responsible for making your own final decision before hiring any contractor, broker, construction company, or other service provider.
You are responsible for reviewing all documents, contracts, invoices, change orders, estimates, payment schedules, project plans, permits, licenses, insurance certificates, warranties, and legal obligations before approving any work.
You should not rely only on Aura’s introduction, recommendation, coordination, or monitoring. You should conduct your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

Aura does not guarantee that any estimate will be final, complete, or unchanged. Prices may change due to material costs, labor conditions, hidden property issues, permit requirements, customer changes, code requirements, inspection results, or other circumstances.
14. PERMITS, LICENSES, INSURANCE, AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The customer and the hired contractor are responsible for determining whether permits, licenses, inspections, insurance, bonding, approvals, engineering review, architectural review, zoning approval, HOA approval, or government authorization are required.
Aura may help coordinate communication, but Aura does not guarantee permit approval, inspection approval, code compliance, license status, insurance coverage, or government acceptance.
Customers should verify all legal and regulatory requirements before authorizing work.
15. WARRANTIES AND WORKMANSHIP
Any warranty related to labor, materials, products, equipment, installation, construction, repair, or service must come directly from the contractor, manufacturer, supplier, or service provider responsible for that work or product.
Aura does not provide any independent warranty for third-party work unless Aura gives a separate written warranty signed by an authorized representative.
Aura does not guarantee workmanship, material quality, product performance, durability, repair results, construction outcome, design results, or customer satisfaction for work performed by third parties.
16. PAYMENT TERMS AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
All payments, deposits, balances, refunds, cancellation fees, change orders, financing terms, and payment schedules must be clearly stated in the written agreement between the customer and the responsible contractor or provider.
Aura is not responsible for refund disputes, unpaid balances, contractor payment demands, customer nonpayment, mechanic’s liens, financing problems, credit issues, or any financial dispute between the customer and third-party providers.
Customers should never make payments without a written invoice, written contract, or clear documentation.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
